We strive to satisfy those of you that traditional Kombucha leaves behind.

Floko is crafted from the ground up with the intention of being a
“Kombucha for Everyone!”,
closing the gap between the health minded and the flavour chasers!
 

We use real juice to flavour our Kombucha and lots of it!
Our Kombucha is perfect for those of you who favour the flavour
and for the complete Kombucha newbs. With a little less acidity than
regular booch and a LOT more FLAVOUR!
 

Meet our Founder, Danielle

After discovering Kombucha at a fermentation workshop in 2017, I began spending all my free time crafting my own. Fast-forward to today and I’ve created a rapid-growing Kombucha company starting in my Mother’s kitchen, to a broom closet, commercial kitchen, a garage repurposed into a class 5 kitchen and now FINALLY to a full-scale Kombucha Brewery! I started selling my Kombucha at the Boyce Farmer’s Market in 2018, then brewing 20L batches and bottling it all by hand. We now brew in thousand-litre tanks and can our product thousands at a time!
